Drone Services –  We offer drone and / or regular photography or videography. services.   Are you selling a home or a vehicle?    Whether you are a real estate professional or automobile dealer, or simply a private seller, exciting drone video or still photos can help you bring in customers and generate sales.

Newton Ware is a FAA licensed sUAV pilot.  Did you know that any operation at all that involves Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, (sUAVs) or DRONES and generating revenue requires a licensed pilot?   If it is a direct situation where you are buying photos or videos, or indirect where you are using the Drone photos or videos to help you sell other items, you are required to use a FAA licensed pilot.

Many folks confuse having their drones registered with the FAA as being legal for this type of endeavor.  And while all drones must certainly be registered, obtaining a sUAV pilots license is entirely different.

It requires in depth training on a variety of topics.  You must pass a proctored examination.    You must know how to obtain clearance for operating in a restricted area. How to identify restricted areas.  Safe operating procedures and so much more.

It is not enough to simply know how to fly a Drone or take photos or videos.  The largest concern for all parties concerned is of course, safety.    And in addition to safety, there is always liability.  Unfortunately in this day and age that is a significant concern.  If you are hiring someone to fly an aircraft for your benefit, you want to make sure they are licensed, experienced, and insured.  Sure, the neighbors’ kid got a nice drone for Christmas, and they’re pretty good with it, but ask yourself, does that protect you in the event of an accident?
